WE OFFER SHIPPING THROUGH UPS, USPS, 9-5 & LTL FREIGHT. FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS IN LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA WE CAN OFFER PICK-UP AND DELIVERY OF LARGE PRODUCTS. IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL OPTIONS FOR THE SHIPPING OF A PRODUCT FEEL FREE TO GIVE US A CALL AT (717) 336-2949.
WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SHIP YOUR PRODUCT IN A TIMELY MANNER BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER OF YOUR CHOICE. WE MAY, AT OUR DISCRETION, SUBSTITUTE ANOTHER SHIPPING CARRIER FOR ANY REASON. WE CAN NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER AFTER OUR CARRIERS HAVE PICKED UP FOR THE DAY. (THIS IS TYPICALLY 1:00PM EST FOR USPS AND 3:00PM EST FOR UPS.) ALL ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER THESE TIMES WILL BE SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING OR REFUNDING ANY PART OF YOUR ORDER IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN WHILE IN POSSESSION OF THE SHIPPING CARRIER. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR INCONVENIENCE INCURRED BY YOU DUE TO SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS, OR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING COSTS OR ANY PART OF ANY INVOICE DUE TO SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS OR DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ALL CLAIMS FOR LOSSES MUST BE FILED WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
