DEPENDING ON THE ITEM, ITS CONDITION AND OTHER FACTORS, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER YOU A REFUND ON THE PRODUCT OR REFUND ANY SHIPPING COSTS. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT WITMER MOTOR SERVICE, LLC BEFORE BUYING! BUYER MUST GET APPROVAL FROM WITMER MOTOR SERVICE, LLC BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCTS FOR ANY REASON. WITMER MOTOR SERVICE, LLC MAY CHARGE A 20% (TWENTY PERCENT) RESTOCKING FEE ON ANY RETURNED ITEMS.
NEW, UNOPENED PRODUCTS: WE EXPECT THE BUYER TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING AND INSURANCE. RETURNS OF NEW PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER DATE OF PURCHASE. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SEASONAL, CLOTHING OR APPAREL PRODUCTS.
USED OR CUSTOMER DAMAGED PRODUCTS: PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY USED OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS. WE EXPECT THE BUYER TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. WE WILL THEN EVALUATE THE PRODUCT AND DETERMINE IF WE CAN OFFER A PARTIAL REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT OR REPAIR THE PRODUCT AT CUSTOMER COST. ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED OR POWERED IN ANY APPLICATION IS CONSIDERED A USED PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF EXTERNAL PRODUCT APPEARANCE OR PACKAGING.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. WE MAY, AT OUR DISCRETION, REPLACE THE PRODUCT OR REFUND YOUR PAYMENT FOR THE PRODUCT BASED ON OUR EVALUATION OF THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION. ALL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WILL BE HANDLED ON A PER-ITEM BASIS. WE MAY REQUIRE YOU TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
