Milwaukee is expanding its PACKOUT lineup with a new Single Drawer Tool Box (48-22-8441), launching August 17, 2026 at $164.97. If you're already running PACKOUT on your truck or in your shop, this one's built to slot right in, and it solves two problems a lot of PACKOUT users run into.
The problems it solves
Anyone running a stacked PACKOUT system knows the two headaches: digging through a lidded box to find one tool when everything's stacked and locked together, and needing somewhere sturdy enough to actually hold heavy power tools and batteries without the bottom giving out.
The Single Drawer answers both directly. It pulls open one-handed for quick access even while it's still stacked with the rest of your system, and it's rated for a 50 lb load so it can carry the heavy stuff, drills, saws, battery packs, without straining the slides.

This isn't a standalone tool box. It's designed to stack and lock with any PACKOUT crate, organizer, or rolling cart you already own. If you've invested in PACKOUT, this drawer box adds a new way to organize without breaking your existing setup.
It also works with Milwaukee's full line of tool box attachments, both inside the drawer and mounted externally: battery racks (M12 and M18), hook attachments, caddy and tray attachments, a compact plate, belt clip rack, 2-bin attachment, magnetic bin and accessory case. Internal mounts fit on either side of the long dividers or on each side of the drawer wall.
